Orders are processed within 72 business hours of order being placed. Please allow 7 business days once your item has shipped to receive your order.
Returns and exchanges can be made only up to 30 days since purchase of item(s).
To be eligible for return, items must be in same condition you received it. We also require proof of purchase.

Pending approval of your return, you will receive a return authorization number. Please allow us 72 hours to respond to return/exchange inquiries.
Please wait until your return has been authorized and you are given an authorization number, to send your item(s) back.
Items being returned must be mailed at customers cost to address provided with return authorization number and reason for return or exchange. If you are exchanging, specify the size you are exchanging item for. A full refund minus 10% restocking fee for processing will be given to approved returns.
Shipping for returns and exchanges are customer responsibility, no refunds for shipping will be given UNLESS item is being exchanged due to damage or a defect.
Refunds, if approved will be processed minus 10% restocking fee to your original method of payment. You will not be refunded the cost of return shipping.
